Ordering

Getting your own Eks'kwizit product is easy. Just follow these steps:  

• Choose your product
• Choose your size and if possible the type of neck (men)
• Order the product
• Go to 'Shopping cart'
• Klik op 'Continue ordering'
• Log in if you placed an order before or continue as guest
• Fill in your details or check them and choose the payment method
• Choose 'Place order' 
• Finished!

Your order will be processed immediately after the payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation and invoice on the e-mailaddress that you filled in. 

Returns (free of charge)

If your Eks'kwizit product doesn't completely satisfy your expectations, it is easy to return the product within 30 days. Please follow the next steps:

• Send an e-mail to info@ekskwizit.nl, including your ordernumber and personal data
• We will respond to your e-mail and confirm the return
• In our confirmation you will find the returnaddress, please use this address to send the item to
• For the shipment, it is adviced to use the original box you have received
• Returns are always free of charge!
