How can I model or act in eks’kwizit campaigns?
Eks’kwizit usually hires models for advertising through agencies. We recommend that you contact a local modeling agency in your area or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I pay at the website?
At the eks’kwizit website it is possible to pay via three different methods of payment; Ideal, PayPal and Bank transfer.
A payment via IDEAL works in the same way as normal banking activities via the website of your own bank. It works as follows:
• Choose IDEAL as method of payment when placing your order and select your own bank. That bank is the same as the one you do your normal banking activities with.
• You will see the normal payment pages that you are used to when paying via the website of your own bank. The information from your order is already displayed.
• You will return to the eks’kwizit website, directly after the approval of your payment.

PayPal acts like a digital wallet where you can securely store all your payment options, such as your bank account and credit card. When you want to make a payment, you don't have to pull out your credit card or type your billing info every time.
When placing your order, choose PayPal as your payment method, log in to your PayPal account, and select your preferred payment method. Your payment will take place in a safe way.

Another payment method is via Bank transfer. After finishing your order, please choose “Bank Transfer” as method of payment. You will receive our bank account information and you can transfer the money via your own bank. Your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment of the order.
Please keep in mind that this method of payment will cause some delay in your order, while normally one or two days are necessary for a bank to handle this transfer.
You can pay with MASTER or VISA card without extra charges!
How do I treat my products when washing?
Check out the washing instructions on our packaging or in the back of any product. Our products are not likable to fade color or bleed more than other colored products during washing. Please take special care when washing:
• Wash the products at low temperatures ( maximum 30 degrees)
• Wash inside out
• Wash colored items separately
• Do not bleach or chemically wash
• Try to avoid tumble drying
• Do not iron (boxer shorts)
What about allergies?
Allergic reactions vary from person to person. In addition, it is difficult to establish a cause and effect relationship between the presence of any particular chemical in a product and an allergic reaction. Should our products cause an allergic reaction, please stop wearing it and let us know what your findings are. Please contact us via the “contact form”, which you find at “Contact” on the website.
How long is my warrantee?
You will have a 6 months warrantee on any eks’kwizit product starting from the moment you receive your order, under the circumstances of normal usage. If for some reason (within the normal usage rule, see 8.2 in the General terms and conditions) the product cannot be used further before the end of the 6 months warrantee, because of production errors or excessive color fading, you can return the product. Please see the return policy at art 8.4 of the General terms and conditions.
I see a difference in the print on the website and the print on the product I bought
Due to our digital and manual production process, the product you will buy can vary from the photography on the website. We do our upmost to reach the same print, but unfortunately we can’t be sure. Check your order when you receive it and let us know if you like it. This is what makes our products so unique, so hope you will feel the same!

I see a difference in color between the design and the design on the product
The designs and the actual products derived from those designs can differ in color. Eks’kwizit strives to optimize the colors, but can’t prevent a slight difference in colors. All eks’kwizit artists have excepted this risk upfront.
Artists & designs
What about the ownership of the designs?
The designs on the products are property of eks’kwizit or are part of a legal contract with the designer/ rightful owner of the design. Designs can therefore not be copied or used for commercial use by any other person or company. If any of the art on our website is used by third parties without our permission or the permission of the rightful owner (artist), legal steps will be taken.
How can I become an eks’kwizit artist?
If you are a designer and you believe your style fits with the eks’kwizit brand, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and let us know what you are capable off. Please put in a link to your website and we will contact you within 24 hours. Please visit chapter 2 of our General terms and conditions for further information or the “Are you an eks’kwizit artist?” section on the website. You can find this section under “Artists”.
When can I expect a new design?
We strive to introduce a new design every 2 weeks.
Ordering and returns
My order is still not delivered and I have placed an order more than 3 weeks ago!
Every Eks’kwizit product is handmade. Therefore standard delivery times can be up to two weeks (Europe). There are several reasons why your order can be delivered later than the standard delivery time we strive for:
- Your payment came in later
When paying via Bank Transfer, your order is taking a little longer due to the handling time a bank needs for the transfer of the money. Your order will be processed immediately after we have received the payment. The delay can be two or three extra days.
- Your order was not completed successfully
When your order has been successfully completed, you will always receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you haven’t received this confirmation, your order can very well not be completed successfully.
- Eks’kwizit refused the order or the product you ordered is not available
During the order process it could occur that somebody else ordered that same product. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it can happen. In that occasion we contact you to discuss the possibilities. You can choose a different product or cancel your order and get your money back asap.
If eks’kwizit chooses to refuse the order for any reason, you will not receive your order. We will get in contact about why we refused the order.
- The production process is by hand and therefore subject to errors
Every eks’kwizit product is made by hand in the Netherlands. This manual process can be subject to errors or production failure. We will contact you when this occurs.
How can I return my eks’kwizit product?
At eks’kwizit, we strive for the best quality of our products for both our retail accounts and consumers. For specific return guidelines based on the place of purchase, please visit chapter 7 of the General terms and conditions or visit the order and return section in the lower left hand corner of our website.
What if eks’kwizit doesn't have my size?
At Eks'kwizit we don't have any stock, so every size we offer is always available. We do however make a choice for certain sizes. If you’re your size is not available, we deeply regret this. Please share this with us via the “Contact” section on the website. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
I have received an e-mail about product recall
Eks’kwizit strives to create quality products for our consumers. Unfortunately, design and manufacturing errors can occur. In this occasion, eks’kwizit will inform all customers about the errors made and advices on the further procedure.

I have a picture that I would like to send eks’kwizit. Is that save?

Can I get permission to use eks’kwizit trademarks, images, logos, advertising, etc.?
Thank you for your interest in eks’kwizit. We do not grant permission to use or modify our trademarks, logos, images, advertising or similar materials. It is your responsibility to determine whether you do this or not. Abuse of our trademarks will be reported.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of people. Furthermore, we work with worldwide reliable partners for your payment transactions.
How does Eks’kwizit secure my information?
To protect your information, we use a variety of security measures, including sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to maintain the safety of your personal information. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be accessed only as stated above. Regardless of these efforts, we can’t guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us. We do not assume any liability to third parties whose information you include on the Website, or which you post in any User Generated Content. To help maintain the security of your account, please keep your password secure.
What is being done with my data
After placing an order, we will use your data to send you information about your order and we will send you our newsletter once. Your data is only used for taking care of your order. At any moment you can send an e-mail to email@example.com addressed to our GDPR officer (Wim) asking what we do with your data or if you want your data to be removed. This can only be done after a request by e-maill. You can always file a complaint at the Dutch Authoriteit Persoonsgegevens when you feel your data is not used properly. Your data is not shared with other companies. All other people we work with for instance on improving our website and that might have possible access to your order data, have signed an AVG-agreement.
What about Children's Privacy?
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 16. Orders can only be placed by persons older than 16 years.
